Everything else is assembled by AI — land description, location notice, county and BLM paperwork, fee math, and deadlines — into a package that’s ready for your review, your signature, and your filing. Capture works with zero signal; your paperwork assembles when you’re back in range.
Gold Monster prepares documents; you review, sign, and file them with the agency. We’ll flag anything that needs a professional’s eyes.
How Billing & Cancelling Work
- $39.99 a month, charged to your card the day you join and on the same day each month after, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime, online. Go to Settings → Membership & Billing and choose Manage or cancel. Nothing to call or mail.
- After you cancel you keep full access through the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Partial months are not refunded.
- Sign in with the email you paid with. Your membership attaches to that address, whether you create your account before or after paying. New accounts get a confirmation email — click its link once, then sign in.
- Joined as a Founding Member before 2026-09-23? Nothing about your purchase changes — the Founding Member terms (closed offer) still apply to you.
